SUPPLY LIST FOR WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP - VALENTINE’S DAY CARDS

  1. Watercolor Paper Pad, 9” by 12” – at least 140 lb. in weight. You can paint your final project on regular watercolor paper. If you plan to make actual greeting cards, you can cut up the watercolor paper to a card size of your choice and fold it up. Either way, you will need one of these options*:

  2. Watercolor paint set with brush. The pan lids will double as our palettes for mixing (you could also use a white ceramic/plastic surface for mixing colors). You will need one of these options*:

  3. Paintbrush - you can use the brush that comes with your paint set or use any size 6 round brush. My personal favorite is this one. It’s a high-quality, long-lasting brush.

  4. A jar with clean water

  5. Paper Towels

  6. A pencil and an eraser (optional)

  7. Any black marker, sharpie, or fine point pen (optional)

  8. If you decide to make greeting cards, you will also need envelopes that will fit your cards (optional)
